Spy Radio Web

                SpyRadio MKIII (Web Beta).

What is this?

The Spyradio Web Beta is graphical representation of the Paraset Radio.

Using the Spyradio you can send and receive morse code over the internet. Each channel has been
designed to help you learn and improve your morse code through the use of lessons, games and peer to peer
communication. Because the transmission medium is over the internet no amateur radio licence is required.

The Spyradio is interactive with the top half representing the channel specific buttons and text,
the lower half representing the paraset controls.

Use the Channel control (the large dial) to select a channel. Each channel has a specific function
identified by the Help button for that channel.

Hover over each of the controls in turn to familiarise yourself with their function.
To get started quickly use the Level dropdown box to select preset options based on your skill level.

The first two channels 'Koch' and 'Novice' are currently operatational and free to use as many times
as you wish. The other channels are in various states of development. Check in from time to time to
find new developments or alternatively tick the 'Send me updates' checkbox in your profile page to
receive emails.

All the controls including the Morse Code Key work as they are but in order to interact with the
server and recieve the lessons you will need to register and log in via the SpyRadio website.

For the Novice channel you will need to use a mouse to operate the Morse Key. This is OK up to a point
but for faster speeds consider using a morse key via a USB port. This can be achieved relatively easily
by modifying a standard mouse. I have put a link to a useful video on the Free page of the spyradio
website that will show you how to do this. If modifying a mouse isn't your thing then one of the Agents
has expressed an interest in supplying one ready to use. Let me know via the Contact page.

PLEASE NOTE: This has only been tested on a laptop using Chrome. It will not work on a mobile phone.

Finally I would welcome constructive feedback but please bear in mind this is a retirement project
and be kind.
